All the places were nice to visit. It is a pity that they do not give the possibility to enter the places at a later time than the time indicated on the ticket. My app did not tell me the entrance time of Alcazar and we had to pay again for the tickets. We were only 2 people.

All three visits were great, it's difficult to say which was the best. The climb up to La Giralda was unique and the view from up there is superb. The interior of the cathedral is beautiful, especially the huge altar. The Alcazar or Royal Palace is an experience, especially the interior and all the carvings etc. .... I could go on like this forever

Seville's main attractions, the cathedral and the Alcazar, are a must-see, and Headout helped you get tickets. It was the first time I used the app, which is very easy to use. The booking was notified immediately and the tickets arrived within a short time, so I found it reliable. I received a discount for my next booking. I recommend it to everyone.
Everything, wonderful place. The gardens are crazy, I had no idea there were ducks and peacocks and parrots. The Islamic part of the building is amazing.

Wonderful . It would be better to point out the qrcodes of the audioguides in several places. They are often torn or illegible thus forcing visitors to return to the vestibule (initial room)

Everything worked out superbly. Used the Headout app for tickets etc. The Cathedral and Alcazar were absolutely magnificent. We will never forget the experience.
Beautiful royal palace. Mandatory stop in Seville. Surrounded by a beautiful park with different varieties of plants and birds.Take time to admire such beauty

This beautiful castle lives up to all expectations. The only downside was that we weren't warned to have earphones and a bar code reader on our phones for the trip. It took us a while to set up the tour guide and to work out how to use it.
The alcazar is simply wonderful. Purchasing tickets via app was fast and intuitive. If possible, implement Paypal payments.

The Alcazar was really beautiful and the ambience perfect, but the overpriced price of the tickets (33% surcharge without warning) spoiled the experience.

Beautiful experience for both the cathedral and the alcazar. We didn't have any lines except to enter with the other tourists at the chosen time.

It's great to have your tickets in advance. All three sites are must-sees. The cathedral and church are superb. The only downside is the view from the top of the Giralda, which is severely compromised by the protection in place (impossible to take clear photos from the outside).

Everything was great with the tickets..minimal queuing which helped. Unfortunately the weather was horrendous but both sites we visited were beautiful.
Everything absolutely wonderful, both the interiors and the gardens. The only downside in my opinion is that I expected explanatory signs outside the various rooms, and sometimes they were missing. Otherwise, beautiful visit

The Alcazar is unique: it ranges from the part built by Pedro I the Cruel to the wing added by Charles V and Philip II. All this makes it possible to see in a single palace the evolution of architecture in Spain from the 14th to the 16th century. The complex is really large and thanks to the scheduling of the entrances it is never too crowded so much so that everyone can move around freely; it, in addition to the buildings, includes many gardens that are also of great interest as well as a place to stop and rest. Beautiful Gothic cathedral: even here the crowds of visitors do not compromise enjoyment. Many chapels contain works of great artistic importance; devoting adequate time to them reveals works from several centuries; the state of preservation of the entire complex is admirable. The ascent to the Giralda tower is easier than its height would lead one to assume; unfortunately, we reached the top in the midst of a raging thunderstorm: lots of gymnastics, but no views.

We went early with online tickets. Very easy experience all around and since it was late November, there really were not crowds. Perfect. The church itself is stunning and worth a visit. Personally, I liked that there was a moment to say the Hail Mary with everyone or if not so inclined, a moment of silence. The world needs this.
The tour guide was exceptional and made the experience really alive. Normally we would purchase a audio guide but would very much look to being part of a group experience being navigated by someone who really loved his stuff.
Although it was sometimes difficult to follow the audio guide in chronological order, we found the history and beauty of the cathedral awe-inspiring. The walk and subsequent climb to the top of the Giralda was not too strenuous for 69 and 76 year old seniors and the views were wonderful. Overall great tour but worth buying entrance tickets in advance.
It was easy to get the tickets and access them. The quality of the audioguide was not great. I lost volume halfway through and had to resort to reading the descriptions. While a good idea, the downloaded audio guide is a bust and I recommend visitors either get an actual guide or use a book
The beauty of the architecture, the ingenuity of the Giralda, easy to climb despite the 32 storeys, as there are no stairs.

The cathedral was very impressive. But the audio guide did not correspond at all to the numbering in the cathedral. In addition, the content of the explanations is more than poor

I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. A tremendous opportunity to see and learn more about Seville's history. Ticketing was straight forward with no complications.
The cathedral is amazing! The audioguide was difficult to use, the numbers are not posted everywhere. While Headout worked well, I am annoyed at how many apps I have had to download for this trip!
Very short queue to get in, interesting cathedral and the trip up the tower wasn't too arduous as there were no steps except for a fee right at the top.

The tour of the cathedral is very interesting, with some magnificent sections. However, there was no wifi on site, so the audio-guides on our phones didn't work. Fortunately, a lady who rented audioguides lent us some. The tour is very long (3 hours), which made it a bit tedious for us at the end. The route is very poorly signposted on site, and to follow the audio-guide you sometimes have to look for it! Nevertheless, the visit is a must!

The cathedral itself was wonderful. Unfortunately the skip the line tickets still involved queuing for 20 minutes at the entrance . My husband has mobility issues and found this very difficult.
I did not even knew of the skip the line. I stood the line, like everybody else, but it moved fast. I do not use any audio guides. We are innundated by details wheever we go, which we forget anyways. So why bother, unless some detail seem to be interesting to me indeed.
Perfectly organized cathedral and immense so much wealth to see. A little disappointed by the Giralda as the view was blocked by fences and too many people.

The cathedral was cool, although very much like most cathedrals in Europe. Stumbling onto Columbus' grave was interesting. But my first audio guide didn't work -- I needed to walk back to the desk and trade it in -- and a lot of areas were not in the guide, or it was difficult to figure out which guide number an area represented. They didn't seem to be marked consistently. We ended up not using the guide. It just wasn't worth the trouble.
Very nice discovery. However, the audioguide wasn't very useful, and it was easy to lose track of which areas to look at, and therefore which explanations to give, which was a pity. But I'm delighted with this visit.

It appeared after purchase we paid 10 EUR more than the official tickets - not really happy ot was soo much and that no servicing fee was mentioned earlier in the process
The company contacted us to ensure we made it to our tour & checked that we were with tour guide. So helpful! The tour was very informative and humorous!!
The ticket combo I purchased got me right into the cathedral and to the tower. Getting the guided app was perfect for walking through the cathedral self guided via being on a tour or having to get a separate device.
Everything was just amazing! The Real Alcázar is my favourite, but the Giralda and the cathedral amazing nonetheless. Getting the tickets through here made going in really smooth and easy. 100% recommended! Thank you!
It was very easy to book tickets. We arrived a quarter of an hour before the scheduled time and had no waiting time. So we got in a little early, which allowed us to install the audio guide. This step was a bit tricky, as we thought we were getting audio guides, but in reality you have to download an app and then scan the QR codes placed in various places around the cathedral. It was our first visit to Seville and we weren't used to it yet. It would have been ideal to download the app in advance, as the connection on site wasn't great. Otherwise, the system is very well designed and the tour very interesting. Each place is numbered and the explanations are very clear. We really enjoyed it.

The tour guide was easy to locate and it started on time. The command on language was good. But I felt it was a very superficial overview of the monuments. Probably my expectation was a more detailed documentary.
Had such a wonderful tour! I forgot who I went with (9/9 at 10:15 in English) but he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with the group!

Our visit was scheduled for 2:00 pm and took place in 2 parts. The first part was at Seville Cathedral. Our guide got off to a late start. Unfortunately, the quality of his French didn't allow us to fully understand his explanations. The fact that the tour started late had an impact on the time we had to get up to the Giralda (20 minutes). Then she pointed out a meeting point at the Alcazar with another guide who would take over. Fortunately, on our way to the Alcazar, we bumped into the guide who had accompanied us to the Alcazar. The Alcazar guide spoke excellent French and led us on a fascinating tour of the site. He gave us lots of explanations and anecdotes, which we thoroughly enjoyed. In the end, instead of finishing around 4.30pm, the tour ended shortly before 6pm. It's a pity that the delay didn't allow us to stay afterwards at the Alcazar, which closed at 6.00 pm, to stroll around a bit more once the guide had left us there.

We would have liked to enjoy the gardens. They were closed because of the weather: blue sky, no wind... The tour was suspended for 3 hours because the French-speaking guide didn't know that we were supposed to continue with the cathedral and the giralda. A charming new guide explained the whole cathedral to us... too much perhaps, as it was too late for the giralda and the ticket could not be postponed. Two big disappointments. Otherwise, the French guide was top-notch.

Tour was described as 3 hours - not as two tours, separated by a break, thus making the entire tour 4 1/2 or 5 hours. We could not stay for the second half as we had other plans. Another family of four also had to skip the second half. Our tour was scheduled for 11:45, and we were instructed to arrive 15 minutes early - the guide did not show up until 11:50 or 11:55, and the meeting point was actually around the corner from the location specified on our tickets.
Well prepared guide with your own pictures so you have an idea of what it looks like when any festivities take place.

Excellent tour. Laura the tour guide is VERY professional, she has excellent storytelling skills and her stories are truthful and very pleasant to listen to! The tour was exactly what they offered at the time of purchase. I was talking to people on another tour who had their entrance to the cathedral cancelled and I thought the same thing was going to happen to us but on the contrary our tour of the cathedral was EXCELLENT! The Alcazar was spectacular! The gardens were closed because of the rain. The climb up to the giralda was not difficult, my 77 year old mom made it up without a problem! Thank you! Very pleased to have done this tour with you!

Pilar was friendly and told us some interesting things, but her French wasn't fluent enough and her pronunciation was sometimes confusing with another word/meaning. We had no time to take photos. We were left "hungry", despite all the time spent, and many people in the group "dropped out" after a while. Otherwise, the sites were superb and so rich in history!

Despite that if powerful, effective cold air conditioning was put in place that would make everything and everyone less stressed! Please do it.

Passports are required, not sure why as other attractions don't require. We had to meet at a separate meet up spot and we came 15 min early per the instructions. However, the tour started late, we were waiting outside in the heat for 30+ minutes. The tour guide said several people had not arrived yet and they were given a 15 min grace period (even though the ticket says timings are strict and late arrivals are considered no shows). Guide was knowledgeable but audio sets were difficult to use.
The time of the tour was changed from 11:15 to 12:00. We were not notified and waited with no information for 35 minutes wandering if our guide would turn up or not. Wouldn't use Headout again because of this. A simple message would have been good se we were not waiting around.

A perfect guide who was both informative and entertaining, even on a very wet afternoon. Loved the trip up the bell tower as well, with spectacular views b
they moved my time which was ok, what else could i do. People arrived late and then they didn't have enough headphones and there was quite a bit of time wasted trying to solve that problem.
I was very pleased with the ease of booking and how organized the tour was from beginning to end. Especially that the guide walked us through the cathedral using a time line so we could understand how history and the cathedral were connected.
The meeting place was easy to find. It took some time before we went to the cathedral. The tour of the cathedral was good and our host was knowlegable. We felt very rushed going up the tower....only 25 minutes on a hot day for me was very difficult. It was too crowded at the top to see the views.

È stata una bellissima visita, assolutamente da fare. La guida Elena, è stata bravissima e ha catturato l'attenzione di tutti.
That morning we weren't sure whether we'd be able to get seats for the tour. We had read that we could lose our places if we were late, so we panicked because we couldn't find the meeting place, but fortunately the guide called us and everything was fine. Our guide explained everything very well and had a great sense of humor. Lots of groups, lots of hubbub, but with the audioguides we could hear just fine wherever we were. The emotion felt in this place is on a par with that felt at the Alcazar. The Giralda could have been top-notch if, from the 20th floor onwards, the climb slowed to a tricky 20s between the fence. But we did it!

The HOHO bus stops are not indicated AT ALL and they do not come often. We took the bus from plaza sel Duque 3 stops after wearing over 35 minutes then the next morning we waited over 50 minutes and gave up and walked instead. Very expensive for nothing. No skip-the-line was available at either the cathedral or the Real Alcázar. In fact at the Alcázar we were asked to show our passports which we didn't have on us but seemingly reluctantly they accepted the photocopy of the photo page. Wait times were quite long at both venues. Well worth seeing but don't bother with the bus. Everything is 15 minutes walk from the next thing.

The park is splendid. Lack of information on where the main entrance is and how to get to the lights in the park at night.

Very interesting and instructive tour of the place of Spanish religion. Beautiful monuments, a must-see.

Top-notch visit on every level. It's not too crowded, and the decor, architecture and garden are magnificent.....

The place is beautiful and huge! It's well worth a visit! Buying in advance and going at the beginning of the day made all the difference, as it gets very crowded after a few minutes.

Everything! The Alcázar is my favourite, but the Giralda and the cathedral are amazing nonetheless! I just wish we had more time! A must see! Getting the tickets from here made going in smooth and easy! Thank you! 100% recommended!

Ticketing experience good, timing & entry good Regarding the experience at the venue, more signage in different languages needed., both to inform and direct.
The cathedral is magnificent! You really have to go all the way round. The climb to the Giralda is strenuous, but well worth it. At the Alcazar, it's the gardens that are worth it, otherwise it's a bit of an empty shell. All in all, a good experience.

The Alcázar of Seville is absolutely worth seeing and you should plan 2 to 3 hours to visit everything in peace. In the first courtyard there is the option of downloading a QR code in various languages onto your cell phone, so it is advisable to have headphones with you.

The beauty of the architecture, the ingenuity of the Giralda, easy to climb despite the 32 storeys, as there are no stairs.

Everything was just amazing! The Real Alcázar is my favourite, but the Giralda and the cathedral amazing nonetheless. Getting the tickets through here made going in really smooth and easy. 100% recommended! Thank you!

It was a really good cruise - informative, smooth and the team were very welcoming - sadly I don't think the team could have done anything about the rain - and no doubt we'd have given it top marks in perfect weather..!
The boat staff cleaned The dishes in a basin scraping off the dirt with their fingernails. The boat ride was short and very slow. There are few attractions seen from the boat. We had to wait in line to convert the online ticket to a paper one
